Questions, answered.
Do I have to change brokerages?
No. Flip Camp is brokerage-agnostic. Every agent is welcome regardless of where their license sits.
How do I actually get paid on a flip?
Two paths. Take a finder's fee for sourcing the deal, or represent the buyer (Transformational Ventures) and get paid buyer-side commission negotiated from the seller then paid again on the sell side when the property resells.
What's the time commitment?
One required live Zoom per week (2 hours in Week 1, 1 hour in Weeks 2 and 3), optional office hours, and self-paced field work running math, submitting deals, and writing offers.
What if I don't get a deal in escrow during camp?
You keep the playbook, the templates, the Slack, and the video library. The system keeps working after camp ends.
Is the $222 really refundable?
Yes. If you close a flip together with Transformational Ventures, your $222 is refunded in full.
